The TSVM Sharks won their third game in the BWCV Regionalliga on 27 April at Malmsheim Cricket ground. They won convincingly by 200 runs against the visitors.
Sharks vs Mustangs
There was a strong statement given from team Sharks with a massive win. Sharks captain won the toss and elected to bat . The openers gave a beautiful start with both getting to 50 with Rajesh being the aggressor of the two and laid a super foundation for a big score ahead. Unfortunately the in-form batters got out in quick succession but Varun , Harish and Kishore a.k.a Kichu played a brilliant knock to ensure that the score reached 323 after 50 overs.
The bowlers and fielding unit of sharks came out even stronger on the opposition with quick wickets and a fiery spell. Some good fielding from Kishore and Bharathy and excellent bowling spell saw that mustangs never got a partnership going and ended up on a paltry score of 123 –
Looking Ahead
The Sharks are really well poised and gained a good momentum going forward into BWCV regionalliga.
